When pipes freeze and burst drop ceiling tiles are often the first to show signs of damage

When the temperatures drop to the single digits, pipes in your home can freeze and break, causing massive water damage.  The same is true for commercial spaces. 

Many times, fire suppression lines run between a drop ceiling and the roof of a building, where heat from the building's heating system is often difficult to get to.  

Then as the temps drop, those pipes and their contents freeze!  But they often do not start to leak or cause their damage until the temps warm and they are able to then melt.  This delayed disaster is something that cannot be noticed until it is too late.
